Towards A Good Samaritan World

In Pennsylvania, Arlen Specter was supposed to win by 20%, but he's losing. To me, that says the huge edge for Kerry over Bush there is just a function of which precincts have closed.

Still, Pennsylvania looks like it'll go for Kerry.

Florida looks to me like Bush territory. The networks, of course, are really careful about calling it.

DeMint's lead in South Carolina is great news for free trade.

They're not talking about the popular vote figure. Bush had 58% a while ago; now it's down to 53%. What does that mean? It will turn against Bush some on the West Coast. But until then it should be uphill, since Bush will take most of the inner West.

I wish I lived in the heartland and not in DC.
